YONO was looking to leverage a simple method for evaluating fertility; basal body temperature measured in the ear. The resulting information could be used for either contraception or in attempting conceive.

A simple concept was developed, using standard earbud tips, and quickly turned into a functional prototype for testing and fundraising.
